Client Services @ HR Central and how we support you

Client Services forms a large part of HR Central. Our platform offering of HR software combined with access to an HR Helpdesk, ensures our clients have the best possible HR tools and advice so that they are compliant in their Human Resources at all times.  HR Central clients are able to call or email regarding questions associated with HR!

In addition, our HR Specialists are available if clients need to spend more time on a particular area of their HR.  These areas may include recruitment, workplace investigations, training and end-of-employment negotiations.

The Client Services Team

Our Client services team includes our Client Services Coordinator, Kiara Jackholme and Client Services team member Bridget Watson.

Our Client Services team, is responsible for onboarding new clients to the HR Central platform and assisting current clients.  Kiara and Bridget spend their time helping clients get the most out of the HR Central’s software.

Kiara has extensive administration and HR experience and has a strong focus on customer support.  She is driven to provide the right solutions for our clients, so they focus on their business and the leave the HR to us!

HR Central also provides dedicated Helpdesk services to Membership organisations, including Franchise Council Australia.  In the event that FCA-Members require HR assistance they can call our Client Services team for advice.
